All right I'm doing it! A fast food chain that gets the big five. I just can't deny anymore that this is fast food fare that is worthy of any sub shop. This review is a companion of my recent rejection of subway The eating areas are always bright and make for an appetizing experience. The place was clean and the staff was just excellent. This is a chain that is worthy and it's time we all said it!
Always quick efficient service no matter if placed the order in store or through the app. Clean store and great tasting sandwiches hot or cold. I can't speak to the dining experience but the customer service here has been great.
An easy dinner tonight at Jersey Mike's. It's so easy to use their app to order & earn points. My #13 & #26 for husband were perfect & made exactly as ordered. We love the rosemary' Parmesan bread. Best subs in town you get what you $ pay for big menu friendly staff clean environment
Went in for my free birthday regular sub and 22oz drink from my last birthday. The service was fantastic. I was greeted with big hello as I walked in. When I went to the counter to order told I had the birthday offer and two of the workers started singing happy birthday. When I told them it was last year they just kept it up with happy belated. I got the #13 Italian, and the vanilla creme soda( not a Pepsi drinker). The sub was made right in front of me they sliced the meat and cheese and asked what other condiments I wanted. The sandwich was really good. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. The meat was fresh tasting and the bread was soft. They didn't drown it in dressing. The place was really clean and they followed all the covid guidelines.
This new Fraser location is very clean and the entire staff is awesome. Every person was pleasant and helpful and wanted to make my subs perfect. The owner/manager was also there and he was incredibly nice and helpful as well. Great addition to the Fraser community.
Delicious! We ordered for dinner last night online and picked it up from the order rack in the store. It was hot, had lots of toppings and DELICIOUS! The staff was welcoming and the place was clean. We will definitely be going back!!
